Subject :- Permission for Development / Construction of building.

You are hereby granted permission under Section 31 of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) on Khasra no. 358/1,360/1,362/1,363,364/1 Revenue Mohal Sargheen situated at village Sargheen to carry out the development/ sub-division of land/ construction of building as mentioned in your Application under reference, subject to the following conditions, namely:-

1. Building operation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved building plan.
2. Front, side rear set back should be left as per approved plan.
3. No tree should be cut without the prior permission from the Competent Authority.
4. The date of commencement of development shall be intimated to this office.
5. The no objection certificate at plinth level shall be obtained from this office. Otherwise NOC for service connection shall not be issued.
6. Minimum permissible distance of construction from the circumference of a tree/boundary of forest shall be 2.00m. & 5.00m. respectively.
7. Building shall not be put to use prior to the issue of completion certificate by the Competent Authority.
8. The height of parking floor shall be as per approved plan.
9. The height of sloping roof shall be as per approved plan.
10. Submission of Structural Stability Certificate of the building at the time of its completion shall be mandatory.
11. Maximum hill cut of 3.50m.height shall be permissible.
12. The construction of rain harvesting tank is mandatory.
13. The safety norms of H.P.S.E.B. may be followed where HT/LT lines are crossing over the plot.
14. The construction shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan otherwise NOC for service connection shall not be issued.
15. 1. During construction there shall be no open defecation, proper toilets should be constructed for labour.
16. 2.Proper sewerage treatment plant be intalled and disposal should be scientfic manner.
17. 4. No garbage shall be thrown in open and proper scientific method shall be devised to dispose off solid waste.
18. 5. You will not object to IPH , MC Shimla , Rural development department or any authority for laying of sewerage lines , construction of chambers through set back areas.

1. The Commissioner, Municipal Corporation/ Executive Officer, Municipal Council / Secretary, Nagar Panchayat      along with a copy of the approved plan for information and further necessary action.
2. The Chairman, Town and Country Development Authority   along with a copy of the approved plan for information and further necessary action.
3. The Registrar/ Sub-Registrar, Sub-Tehsil/ Tehsil   District     Himachal Pradesh alongwith a copy of the approved plan for information and making necessary entries in the Revenue record.
