Subject :- Permission for Development / Construction of building.
You are hereby granted permission under Section 31(b) of the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 (Act No. 12 of 1977) on
Khasra no. 1132/952/1,956/1 Revenue Mohal Choughan situated at village Choughan to carry out
the development/ sub-division of land/ construction of building as mentioned in your Application
under reference, subject to the following conditions, namely:-
Building operation shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the approved building plan.
Front, side rear set back should be left as per approved plan.
No tree should be cut without the prior permission from the Competent Authority.
The date of commencement of development shall be intimated to this office.
The no objection certificate at plinth level shall be obtained from this office. Otherwise NOC for service connection shall not be issued.
Minimum permissible distance of construction from the circumference of a tree/boundary of forest shall be 2.00m. & 5.00m. respectively.
Building shall not be put to use prior to the issue of completion certificate by the Competent Authority.
The height of parking floor shall be as per approved plan.
The height of sloping roof shall be as per approved plan.
Submission of Structural Stability Certificate of the building at the time of its completion shall be mandatory.
Maximum hill cut of 3.50m.height shall be permissible.
The construction of rain harvesting tank is mandatory.
The safety norms of H.P.S.E.B. may be followed where HT/LT lines are crossing over the plot.
The construction shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan otherwise NOC for service connection shall not be issued.
