3 Pay Application Fee Rs. 1000/- only + Rs. 100/- only as e-Charges for Online Applications.

4 Know your Client well:-

1. Obtain a photo of Applicant (jpeg, jpg, gif, GIF file only).

2. Obtain a picture of Building (pdf/zip file only and Max file Size 30 MB).

3. Obtain copy of already approved map.

4. Calculate the deviations on set backs (Ground floor and subsequent floors separately )in sq.mt.

5. Calculate area in sq.mt. on each additional number of storeys other than permissible
