2 The Registered/Empanelled Structural Engineers under the Himachal Pradesh Town and Country Planning Act, 1977 can online tag the Structure Stability Certificate with the Application.

3 The Structural Safety Certificate can also be issued by all the Civil Engineers having prescribed qualification, experience and working in Central/State Govt./Autonomous Bodies as well as in recognized Institutions, Govt. and Private Universities, NITs, IITs, Engineering Collages, Technical Teachers Training Institutes etc.

4 Register if you are not already Empanelled/ Registered.

5 Pay Application Fee Rs. 1000/- only + Rs. 100/- only as e-Charges for Online Applications.

6 Know your Client well:-

1. Obtain a photo of Applicant (jpeg, jpg, gif, GIF file only).

2. Obtain photographs taken from all sides of Building (pdf/zip file only and Max file Size 30 MB).

3. Obtain copy of already approved map.

7 To whom and where you should apply for regularization.

8 Download Format of Structural Stability Certificate.

9 Download Format of Affidavit.

10 Regularization Fee will be deposited after scrutiny of the case.
